Globally Ford provides three engine models of Mustang:
# 2.3-litre four-cylinder Eco Boost turbocharged petrol engine that
gives a maximum power of 306 bhp.
# 3.7-litre V6 that pumps out 296 bhp.
# 5.0-litre V8 that pumps out 429 bhp.
In India, Mustang provides the 5.0-litre V8 that pumps out a maximum power of 421 PS and peak torque of 530 NM. It comes with 6-speed select shift automatic gearbox.
