New Honda Accord will it be appreciable

The Japanese car manufacturer Honda is ready to hit the Indian market again with its expensive sedan car “Honda Accord”. Recently on the Auto-Expo 2016 company showcased the new Accord which really caught the eyes of critics and people. Many times car has been spied testing on the Indian roads. Honda Accord sells were stopped in 2013 because of poor response from people. The all-new Accord is based on future technology i.e it got the ‘Hybrid technology’, It will include a petrol and a heavy electric motor.

Honda is going to make this launch event memorable so they are launching Honda Accord on 30th-October this year just before the Diwali to attract the Sedan lovers as other companies are also launching their cars during this festive season.

According to “Mr. Yoichiro Ueno, President, and CEO, Honda Cars India Limited (HCIL) new Accord will again recover its market in India”.Honda dealership across all over the India has started the bookings of Honda Accord Hybrid with an initial amount of INR 51,000.

Honda always takes Accord very seriously regarding the engine,

  1. It will get 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that will churn up to 141bhp of max power.
  2. It will contain 1.3KW lithium ion battery coupled to an electric motor that will generate 75bhp of power.
  3. It also has complete power output option which churns 196bhp and peak Torque of 306Nm.

Honda Accord Price & Rivals:

Honda Accord comes under high-class sedan cars so it is expected that it will be priced at INR 23 lakh with base model to INR 28 lakh for a Top model(Ex-showroom, Delhi).

Honda got  perfect rivals Toyota Camry which are also available in Hybrid option and latest launched Hyundai Elantra which is covering the market rapidly.
