3) The Shining (1980)

This is a British-American psychological horror film based on the novel of the same name. Seemingly it is a haunted house story that can make your own room seem creepy.

4) The Exorcist (1973)

This famous American supernatural horror film is the story of an actress who notices some horrible changes in the behavior and physical make-up of her 12-years old daughter. Mainly people fainted while watching this super scary movie and it is also the 9th highest grossing movie of Cannada.

5) IT (2017)

Seven young outcasts in Derry, Maine, are about to face their worst nightmare — an ancient, shape-shifting evil that emerges from the sewer every 27 years to prey on the town’s children. From the directors of movies like SAW, The Conjuring was based on the true stories. It was frighteningly effective and surprisingly spiritual as well, but this movie will haunt you for many nights. The third part of this film ‘Annabelle Creation’ is also releasing in a few days.

8) The Evil Dead


Evil Dead is one of the best horror movie series of all time. Started in 1981 the franchise has released more than five movies till now. The basic story of their movies are, a group of friends plans holidays in a deserted area and they accidentally come across some supernatural powers residing at that place.

7) Insidious (2010)

This American-Candian supernatural horror film is the story of a couple who shifts into a new house along with his three children but what they experience in this new place is what makes this film so creepy. The film is full of plenty scary moments.

9) Paranormal Activity (2010)

Paranormal Activity series is also very famous among the Horror movie lovers. It is the story of a young couple who move to a new residence but they start feeling some evil force theirs. They install cameras which capture all the incidents, noises and evil occurrences in the house.

10) Raw (2017)

Those who are the fans of Evil Dead series this movie is a must watch for them as the graphics in this film are deeply disturbing. It is the story of two sisters at a French veterinary school who suddenly come into the influence of some evil powers and become hungry for human flesh. The film is full of blood and human flash scenes
