Honda Activa 4g is all set to tackle the Indian market

Honda is making its brand higher and higher in the Two-wheeler segment. In India Honda is known for its 125cc – Shine and Scooter Activa series. Now, the company is making changes in the India’s Number one Scooter Activa. It will be named as “Honda Activa 4g” yes the another variant or upgraded variant of Activa 3g. It will be on the BS-4 version which is really appreciable for the Environment.

In an Interview, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior vice-president {Sales & Marketing} of Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India said that “his company is prepared to meet the BS-4 deadline and is also well placed to sell off the BS-3 compliant inventory timely”.

He further said, “We are prepared for the incoming BS IV deadline. For Honda, our market strategy is well placed for existing BS III stock and from 1st of March 2017, we will be producing only BS IV models”.

  • It will be on the new BS- 4 compliant engine.
  • It will come with Auto headlamp ON or AHO functionality( which is also going to be a mandatory safety norm).
  • It will be based on the Honda ECO Technology.

    It will get the same 109.2 cc engine.

  • The BS-IV version of the Activa 125 will be powered by a 125cc engine.
  • It will produce 8.5 BHP of Power at 6,500 rpm and 10.5 Nm of peak Torque at 5,000 rpm.
  • It is tuned up for giving good fuel efficiency.
  • It will come with Combine Brake System for ensuring safer stopping for the scooter.
