John Abraham’s upcoming film ‘Parmanu’ has been in controversies since the day it was announced. Yesterday many newspapers reported that KriArj Entertainment has filed FIRs against John Abraham and his production company over various criminal offenses including cheating, breach of trust, fraud, misappropriation of funds and copyright infringement.
What is the Case
According to the reports John’s team has accused the production company KriArj of film ‘Parmanu’ for the delay in payments and that has caused the delay in production of the film so his production house terminated their contract by posting a notice which says:
“KriArj has committed material breaches which left us with no choice but to terminate in the interest of the film. We would like to state that this extreme step has been taken by us after days of trying to resolve the issues at hand in the best interest of the release of the film. We have fulfilled our commitment at every stage of this project and intimated KriArj in writing from time to time. We have been waiting and asking for payments at every stage.”
So, following this termination founder of KriArj Prerna Arora has alleged that John and his company has cheated KriArj Entertainment crores of rupees that was invested by them for the production of his film Parmanu. Now they also have lodged FIR against him under various charges of Fraud and others.
What is the truth?
“Apart from that, there has been no case registered by Zee, as reported by some sections of the media. No such FIR has been registered and this fact can be verified from the said Police Station as well. We request everyone in the media fraternity to kindly refrain from putting out unverified information. We thank you for your continued support to us and our film, Parmanu-The Story of Pokhran.”
Following all the controversies Parmanu is all set to be released on 4th May and Yesterday John Abraham took his twitter account to share the new poster of the film.
