Sachin: A Billion Dreams is the Journey of the ‘God of cricket’


Finally, the trailer for the most awaited film of this year ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams‘ has been released. This James Erskine directed film is a biographical film based on the life of the legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.

The first official poster was released yesterday which exhibits different phases of his life. Sachin himself was present at this occasion and amid  ‘Sachin Sachin’ chant he shared his feelings and experience of working on his own biopic                “I feel as nervous as during my first press conference in 1992, Till then, I had no idea of how press conferences were conducted, what happened in there and I kept asking a lot of guys in the dressing room on what was it all about. They scared, even more, stating that there would be a number of questions asked and that’s what I’m feeling at the moment. But this is special.” Sachin spoke at the event.

Along with Sachin his Son Arjun Tendulkar and Mayuresh Pem are also playing important parts in the film. The trailer depicts his journey from childhood to becoming the ‘God of Cricket’. It also features some real life Footage from his life.

Sachin: A Billion Dreams the film is all set to be premiered on 26th May 2017. Watch the trailer of this film if you have not watched it yet.
