LikelyFad is run by Bright Life Creations. This page explains what happens when you visit likelyfad.com. If you have a question, email likelyfadlabs@gmail.com.

What we collect

There are no forms on this site and we don't ask you for your name, email or phone number. When you tap a "DM" button you leave this site for WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies there.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site, so we can decide what to keep and what to change. Clarity records things like clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, which parts of the page you look at, your device and browser type, and your approximate country. Text on the page is masked in recordings. We also note which buttons are clicked and which video is opened, by name only. We never send Clarity your name, contact details or anything you type.

Cookies and your choices

When you first arrive, a small banner offers three choices. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

  • Until you choose, your visit is recorded without cookies. Clarity gives each page view a new random ID, so separate visits are not linked to you.
  • Accept all: Clarity may set two cookies on this site, _clck and _clsk, so it can tell that several pages or visits came from the same browser.
  • Only necessary: the site keeps recording without cookies, exactly as before you chose.
  • Reject: Clarity is switched off for you and is not loaded again on later visits.

We remember your choice in your browser's local storage (under "lf-consent"), not in a cookie. Clearing your browser data resets it.

Microsoft

Clarity is a Microsoft service. Microsoft receives the data Clarity collects and handles it under its own privacy statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement (link).

Microsoft's terms ask us to tell you that Microsoft may collect or receive personal data through Clarity to provide Microsoft Advertising. On this site we tell Clarity not to use advertising storage and we block Clarity's advertising sync, so we do not share your data with Microsoft Advertising.

Videos and hosting

The site and its videos are served through Cloudflare. Like any web server, it briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing likelyfadlabs@gmail.com. Because recordings are anonymous, we may need details such as the date and time of your visit to find them. You can also block Clarity with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker; the site still works.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children.

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date above, and show the cookie banner again.
